Kean Theatre to Present Four Townsmen Show Band April 20

The smooth harmonies of the DooWop era return as The Four Townsmen Show Band entertains with classic hits and new favorites mixed in with a touch of comedy and even some blues.

The Canonsburg, Pa. band was formed while the original members were in high school in 1959 and although the band has undergone several changes in members throughout the years, original members Lou Gadani and Pete Kouklakis still perform with the band today. With hits from decades past include “Sometimes (When I’m All Alone)” and “It Wasn’t So Long Before (Graduation is Here)” The Four Townsmen Show Band promises to deliver an energetic show filled with a night of unforgettable music.

Tickets are available to The Four Townsmen Show Band at the Kean Theatre, 5847 Meridian Road, Saturday, April 20.  Cost for tickets starts at $19.  The Kean Theatre also invites concert attendees to enjoy a Pre-show Dinner on-site in the elegant Mount Vernon Restaurant before the show at 6:30 p.m.; cost for the pre-show dinner is $23. Proceeds from the Kean Theatre benefit the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund, which in 2012 alone provided more than $4.5 million to poor and low-income residents at St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Valencia Woods at St. Barnabas and The Arbors at St. Barnabas.
