Horror Realm Hosts Zombie Breakfast & Film Event

Pittsburgh, PA – April 23, 2013 – Horror Realm and the Hollywood Theater present a twist on the theater’s monthly “breakfast and a movie” event with a special screening of the horror comedy “Dead & Breakfast” on Sunday, May 5, 2013.  The twist – attendees are invited to come dressed as zombies.

Breakfast begins at 10:30 AM and zombies are welcome to chow down on a meal catered by Cain’s Saloon followed by a costume contest and film screening at 11:30 AM.  In addition to the buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries and mini pancakes, there will also be assorted juices and coffee, and a bloody Mary bar sponsored by Clique Vodka. Zombies 21 and older will receive two drink tickets with their admission.

Tickets for the breakfast and film package are $15 and must be purchased in advance by May 1 at www.showclix.com/event/deadandbreakfast.  Admission for the film only is $7 and can be purchase at the door.

“Dead & Breakfast” is a 2004 horror comedy which Ain’t It Cool News called “the US answer to Shaun of the Dead”. The independent film stars Jeremy Sisto, Portia de Rossi, Erik Palladino, Oz Perkins and Ever Carradine, with appearances by Diedrich Bader and David Carradine.
