Weekend full of guests, dealers, films, panels and entertainment
Pittsburgh, PA – September 13, 2012 – Horror Realm, Pittsburgh’s modern horror convention, is pleased to announce the schedule of events for its fall show. The convention will be held on September 21-23, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South hotel in Bethel Park, PA.
In addition to a large dealer room, the show features the “Room of the Dead” where fans can meet cast and crew members from George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead. Horror Realm also hosts a VHS viewing room where horror films that never made it to DVD are screened on VHS.

The Horror Cabaret will take place on Friday night at 10:30 PM. The event features horror themed entertainment by Electro Belly Dance & Music, singer songwriter Tiffany Apan and Dalton Lee Magic & Illusion. Admission is free for the cabaret.
On Saturday night at 8:30 PM, the band “The Devilz in the Detailz” will be playing outdoors at PJ’s Back Porch Tropical Bar as a warm up for the costume contest at 9:30 PM. The Horror High Monster Prom follows at 10 PM with tunes by The Muzik Machine DJ Service, a cash bar and prom photos by Sigler Photography. Party goers can have their hair and makeup done by Shear Metal Beauty mobile salon before the party. Admission is free for the band, contest and party; there is a nominal fee for prom photos ($10) and hair/makeup ($10). The events are open to individuals age 18 and older with a valid ID.
