FREE SEMINAR ON AQUA THERAPY
Program is part of St. Barnabas’ monthly Doc’s Talk series
GIBSONIA, Pa. (Richland Twp.), June 12, 2012 – Emily Syruws, Woodlands Program Coordinator, and Cindy Angiolieri, Physical Therapist with St. Barnabas Health System, will lead a discussion titled “Try Swimming to Stay Fit” at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 20 in Hilltop Hall at The Village at St. Barnabas, 5850 Meridian Road.They will discuss:
- How swimming can help maintain fitness
- Non-weight bearing exercises to reduce strain on joints
- Ways in which Aqua Therapy benefits every “body”
Water aerobic classes and Aqua Therapy are available at the beautiful Crystal Conservatories at St. Barnabas. The presentation is part of St. Barnabas Medical Center’s monthly Doc’s Talk series, in which health care representatives share information with St. Barnabas residents and the public.
