Free Healthy Lifestyle Series to be Held at St. Barnabas

FREE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE SERIES TO BE HELD AT ST. BARNABAS

Talk is first in series of informational presentations

GIBSONIA, Pa. (Richland Twp.), June 14, 2012 – Dr. James Kreshon, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with Choice Care Physicians, will be the guest speaker for the first Healthy Lifestyle Series presented by St. Barnabas Health System. The educational event “Swinging into Summer, How to Stay Healthy and Strong” is set for 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, June 20 in the Mount Vernon Restaurant at The Washington Place, 5847 Meridian Road.  Dr. Kreshon specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He will discuss exercise, wellness and rehabilitation for staying strong.

The new Healthy Lifestyle Series will be offered quarterly to educate St. Barnabas residents and the public about health topics. There is no charge and refreshments will be served.
