Pittsburgh, PA, March 19, 2015: The Gateway Clipper Fleet is approaching the spring season with all hands on deck, featuring an impressive schedule of Pittsburgh’s favorite river cruises with new and exciting additions to the traditional lineup. Daily cruises begin April 5 with the Good Ship Lollipop sailing families three times every day and the Signature Captain’s Dinner Cruises offered every Saturday. In celebration of Easter, families are welcomed to the Bunny Fun Cruises on April 4 and the Easter Brunch and Dinner Cruises on April 5 for a guaranteed stress-free holiday. Pirate fans can take the Clipper Shuttle from Station Square to PNC Park for the Pittsburgh Pirates Home Opener, setting sail two hours before game time on Monday, April 13. In celebration of the first Pittsburgh Earth Day, the citywide celebration of sustainability, the Gateway Clipper will team up with the KDKA Radio Morning Show for a live broadcast from the dock with Larry Richert from 5 AM-9AM and will provide sightseeing cruises celebrating Pittsburgh’s past and progression. In participation with Star 100.7, the Gateway Clipper will go back in time for the Second Chance Prom with the return of retro featuring costumes and a DJ on April 25.
