SQUIRREL HILL, PA (February 17, 2015) – Landmark Properties Group has recently unveiled their plan to build the first new condominium development in the Squirrel Hill area in nearly a decade. The proposed new development, “The Q”, will be located at 2704 Murray Avenue in the heart of Squirrel Hill. The Q will be a four-story development with 23 brand new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

Landmark plans to have the building finished in 2015 with occupancy in to 2016. Keller Williams Realty will market and sell the condos with sale prices anticipated to start in the $300,000 range. Additional amenities will also be available to residents including indoor parking, a 24-hour secure entrance, and top of the line fitness center.
More than 350,000 people live within a five mile radius of the development site, along with some of the region’s top employers such as Google, UPMC, University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. “Consumer demand is shifting toward a more efficient and economical urban lifestyle in the east end,” says Robert Ferree, CEO of Landmark. “The Q will answer the growing demand for new construction in the area.”
