“Our mission this year, and every year, is to encourage attendees to take their health into their own hands, and truly “Do It Yourself.” We encourage participants, guests and vendors to really get involved in the Conference and engage with one and other so that they can take what they’ve learned and  apply it to their own lives and spread the message that local and organic foods and products will improve their lives and the lives of those around them” says Erin Hart, Director of  Farm to Table Pittsburgh. Conference participants include farms, dieticians, chefs, food service professionals, organic product vendors, chefs and food service professionals who will also be available to field questions from consumers.
