October 12, 2012 (Pittsburgh,PA) — FashionAFRICANA’s new website (www.fashionafricana.com) will launch at approximately 8pm on Monday, October 15th, 2012 and everyone is invited to log and explore the marvelous content! For over 10 years, FashionAFRICANA have been the leading African-inspired Fashion and Art events in Pittsburgh.
The new site will provide a breadth of fantastic content, such as: videos and photographs from past events and projects; membership opportunities; and a preview of what can be expected from FashionAFRICANA’s upcoming Black-Tie extravaganza on December 8th, 2012 to celebrate the opening of GLAMAZONIA by Mario Epanya. This celebration is not to be missed!
Visitors to the site also will find the aesthetic—much like FashionAFRICANA’s spectacular events, to be inviting and captivating. As soon as visitors log on, they will be mesmerized by the stunning images that echo the diversity and beauty of the Africana Diaspora.
Established in 2001, the intent of FashionAFRICANA is to share the breadth and richness of African textures, ethos and history, and to celebrate the beauty and diversity of the African Diaspora through Design, Dance, Music.
Many users are expected to log on to Fashionafricana.com when the site goes live on Monday, October 15th at 8pm.
