GIBSONIA, Pa. (Richland Twp.), Aug. 20, 2012 – Dr. Michael W. Weiss, orthopedic surgeon with Tri Rivers Surgical Associates, will lead a discussion titled “When Good Joints Go Bad: New Advancements in Knee and Hip Replacements” at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 in Hilltop Hall at The Village at St. Barnabas, 5850 Meridian Road. He will discuss and answer questions about:
- Causes of knee and hip arthritis
- Advancements in surgical and conservative knee and hip treatments
- Joint fluid therapy
- Knee and hip replacement surgery
