WPXI-TV traffic anchor Trisha Pittman and KDKA Radio’s Larry Richert will emcee the post-race party.

The St. Barnabas Medical Center 5K follows an out-and-back course along the rolling terrain of Meridian Road.  Runners are timed using a ChampionChip device provided by The Runner’s High Timing Services and the course is certified by USA Track and Field.  Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as the top three males and females in 16 age categories.  Corporate teams of up to five runners are encouraged to participate and medals will be awarded to the top three teams.  Again this year, the race will include medals for master (age 40 and above) and grand master (age 50 and above) divisions.
