Pittsburgh, PA, 1/12/21— Pittsburgh-based independent appliance retailer, Don’s Appliances, welcomes Tim Gales as their new Vice President of Sales. Gales brings over 30 years of experience leading sales teams as well as a myriad of achievements and accolades.

Gales’ sales leadership has been focused in the Medical Device industry, most recently at Dentsply Sirona (NASDAQ: XRAY) as Director of North America Sales leading the Endodontics team of 7 Regional Managers and 67 Outside Territory Managers (co-accountable for 14 Regional Managers and 130 Sales Representatives) with annual topline revenue exceeding $150 million. Prior to his Director of Sales role, Gales progressed through Dentsply Sirona moving from Territory Manager to Senior Territory Executive, Regional Sales Manager and then Director of Sales. Gales has had many successes in the areas of revenue management, sales management and training as well as sales program development and holds a BSBA Degree in Finance from Duquesne University.
